Karim Ouaddane joined the club at the start of the winter cross country season and has become a popular member in club training sessions and races. His recent target had been the Paris Marathon but was then unable to travel so the Wymondham race became a timely alternative. He finished 18th in 2-13.47, knocking eight minutes off his course pb. Long-standing member Alan Richardson was 183rd in 3-11.31.
Three members took part in the recent Trowse 10k. James Cousins was placed 41st in 41:15, Matt Baldry 137th in 47:37 and Jo Fisk 337th in 57:11.
